Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for furniture, provided they are in brand new and resalable condition. You have 7 business days after receiving the items to initiate a return request. Shipping and handling fee will not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items are not in brand new, unused condition.

Certain items cannot be returned/exchanged/or canceled, including customized orders, final sale items, sample sale items, items used or damaged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and logistic costs.

If you receive damaged items, we offer a full refund or free exchange. To be eligible, you must contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the items and provide necessary photos or videos as evidence. This will help us efficiently process your refund or exchange request.
